利用規約 - Everstreak

本利用規約（以下「本規約」といいます）は、株式会社revot（以下「当社」といいます）が提供するiOSアプリケーション「Everstreak」（習慣トラッカー、以下「本アプリ」といいます）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをダウンロードまたは利用された時点で、本規約に同意いただいたものとみなします。

1. 本アプリについて

毎日の習慣を記録し、続いた日数（ストリーク）と達成率を積み上げていく習慣トラッカーです。ヘルスケアの記録と連携して、歩数や運動時間などから自動で達成を記録することもできます。

2. 利用条件

• 本アプリは、ユーザーの個人的な利用のためにのみ提供されます
• 本アプリの複製、改変、逆コンパイル、リバースエンジニアリング、再配布はできません
• 法令に違反する目的、または第三者の権利を侵害する目的で本アプリを利用することはできません

3. アプリ内課金（サブスクリプションおよび買い切り）

本アプリの一部の機能は、有料の「Everstreak Pro」でご利用いただけます。提供する購入内容は次のとおりです（価格は米ドル基準の参考表示であり、実際の価格はApp Storeにおける各国・地域の表示価格が適用されます）。

• 週額プラン：US$4.99／週（自動更新）
• 月額プラン：US$7.99／月（自動更新）
• 年額プラン：US$29.99／年（自動更新・7日間の無料お試し付き）
• 買い切り：US$59.99（一度のお支払いで、以降の請求はありません）

3.1 自動更新について

• お支払いは、購入確定時にお客様のApple IDアカウントに請求されます
• 現在の期間が終了する24時間前までに自動更新をオフにしない限り、サブスクリプションは自動的に更新されます
• 更新料金は、現在の期間が終了する24時間以内に請求されます
• 購入後、iOSの「設定」＞Apple ID＞「サブスクリプション」からいつでも管理・解約できます

3.2 無料お試しについて

• 無料お試し期間が終了する24時間前までに解約された場合、料金は発生しません
• 無料お試し期間の未使用分は、同じ内容のサブスクリプションを購入した時点で失効します
• 無料お試しは、対象となる資格をお持ちの方にのみ提供されます。アプリ内では、お客様が対象である場合にのみ無料お試しの表示を行います

3.3 解約と返金

解約は、iOSの「設定」＞Apple ID＞「サブスクリプション」から行えます。アプリを削除しただけでは解約されません。返金の可否および手続きはAppleの定めに従い、Appleのサポートページからご請求いただけます。当社が直接返金を行うことはできません。

3.4 購入の復元

機種変更や再インストールの際は、アプリ内の「購入を復元」から、同じApple IDで行った購入を復元できます。

3.5 サブスクリプション終了後のデータ

Proが終了しても、お客様が作成したデータは削除されません。閲覧および書き出しはいつでも可能です。無料の範囲を超える新規の作成のみが制限されます。買い切りでご購入いただいた機能は、以後も継続してご利用いただけます。

4. 知的財産権

本アプリおよびそれに含まれるプログラム、デザイン、文章、画像等に関する著作権その他の知的財産権は、当社または正当な権利者に帰属します。ユーザーが本アプリで作成したデータの権利は、ユーザーに帰属します。

5. 免責事項

• 本アプリは現状有姿で提供されます。当社は、本アプリが特定の目的に適合すること、および常に中断なく利用できることを保証しません
• 本アプリが表示する計算結果・推定値・提案は参考情報であり、その正確性を保証するものではありません。重要な判断は、必ずご自身または専門家の確認のうえ行ってください
• 当社は、本アプリの利用または利用不能から生じた損害について、法令上許容される範囲で責任を負いません
• ユーザーのデータの保全はユーザーの責任で行ってください。定期的なバックアップを推奨します

6. 本規約の変更

当社は、必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。重要な変更を行う場合には、本ページに更新日とともに掲載します。

7. 準拠法および管轄

本規約は日本法に準拠します。本アプリに関して当社とユーザーとの間に紛争が生じた場合には、福岡地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

These terms govern your use of the iOS application “Everstreak” (Habit Tracker) provided by revot, K.K. By downloading or using the app you agree to them.

1. Purchases

Some features require “Everstreak Pro”. Prices below are shown in USD for reference; the price displayed in your regional App Store applies.

• Weekly: US$4.99 per week (auto-renewing)
• Monthly: US$7.99 per month (auto-renewing)
• Yearly: US$29.99 per year (auto-renewing, includes a 7-day free trial)
• Lifetime: US$59.99 one-time purchase (no further charges)

2. Auto-renewal

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions.

3. Free trial

If you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, you are not charged. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription to the same content. The trial is offered only to eligible accounts, and the app displays it only when you are eligible.

4. Cancellation and refunds

Cancel in Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's policies; request them via Apple Support. We cannot issue refunds directly.

5. After a subscription ends

Your data is never deleted when Pro ends. You can always view and export it; only creating new content beyond the free tier is limited. Anything unlocked by a lifetime purchase remains available.

6. Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is”. Values, estimates and suggestions it displays are for reference and are not guaranteed to be accurate. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for damages arising from use or inability to use the app. Please keep your own backups.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, with the Fukuoka District Court as the court of first instance having exclusive jurisdiction.
