利用規約 - Rewise | 株式会社revot

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、株式会社revot（以下「当社」）が提供するiOSアプリ「Rewise」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをダウンロード・利用した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。

第1条（利用許諾）

当社は、お客様に対し、本アプリを私的かつ非商用の目的で利用する、譲渡不能・非独占的な権利を許諾します。本アプリの複製・改変・リバースエンジニアリング・再配布はできません。

第2条（アプリ内課金・サブスクリプション）

本アプリの一部機能は、有料（自動更新サブスクリプションまたは買い切り）です。価格は購入画面に表示されます。
サブスクリプションは、期間終了の24時間前までに解約しない限り自動更新され、更新の24時間前以内に料金が請求されます。
解約はiOSの「設定」＞Apple ID＞「サブスクリプション」から行えます。アプリの削除では解約されません。
無料トライアルは、対象のお客様が初めて購読する場合にのみ提供されます。トライアル中に解約した場合、料金は発生しません。
返金はAppleの規定に従います（reportaproblem.apple.com）。

第3条（禁止事項）

法令または公序良俗に違反する目的での利用、第三者の権利を侵害する利用、本アプリの運営を妨害する行為を禁止します。

第4条（免責）

本アプリは現状有姿で提供されます。当社は、本アプリの利用により生じた損害について、当社の故意または重過失による場合を除き、責任を負いません。本アプリが提供する情報・計算・提案は参考情報であり、その正確性・完全性を保証するものではありません。

第5条（規約の変更）

当社は、必要に応じて本規約を変更できます。重要な変更は本ページおよびアプリ内で告知します。

第6条（準拠法・裁判管轄）

本規約は日本法に準拠し、本アプリに関する紛争は、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

By downloading or using Rewise, you agree to these terms. We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal, non-commercial use. Some features require payment (auto-renewing subscriptions or a one-time purchase); subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be managed from iOS Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Free trials are available once per eligible customer. Refunds are handled by Apple. The app is provided "as is"; to the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from its use except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence. These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, with the Tokyo District Court as the exclusive court of first instance. Contact: contact@revot.jp.
