本ページはiOS版とAndroid版の両方を対象とします。Android版に固有の取り扱い（要求する権限・通信・バックアップ・Google Play「データセーフティ」との対応）は、「Android版について」にまとめています。Android版では実装されていない機能もあるため、Android版をご利用の場合は必ずそちらをご確認ください。
株式会社revot（以下「当社」といいます）は、iOSアプリケーション「Skylumen」（星空AR・撮影プランナー、以下「本アプリ」といいます）におけるユーザーのプライバシーを尊重し、その保護に努めます。本プライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」といいます）は、本アプリの利用において当社がどのようにデータを取り扱うかをご説明します。
端末を空にかざすと、その場所・その時刻に見える星・惑星・太陽・月・星座の位置を、カメラ映像に重ねて表示します。あわせて、日の出／日の入り・ゴールデンアワー・天の川の見え方などを任意の地点と日時で計算する撮影プランナーを備えています。
本アプリは、プライバシーファーストの設計思想に基づき構築されています。本アプリは、ユーザーの個人情報を一切収集しません。
本アプリは、以下の機能を提供するためにiOSの許可を求めることがあります。いずれもその機能を使う場合にのみ必要で、許可しなくても他の機能は利用できます。
カメラ映像の上に天体の位置を重ねて表示（AR）するためだけに使用します。映像の保存・録画・送信は一切行いません。
現在地の緯度経度から、その場所・その時刻に見える天体の位置と、日の出／日の入り・薄明の時刻を計算するために使用します。計算はすべて端末内で行い、位置情報を当社へ送信・保存することはありません。位置情報を許可しない場合でも、地点を手動で指定して利用できます。
端末の向き（方位・仰角・傾き）を検出し、空の正しい方向に天体を重ねるために使用します。
撮影計画や構図プレビューの画像を、ユーザーの操作により写真ライブラリへ保存するときにのみ使用します。写真ライブラリの内容を読み取ることはありません。
本アプリで作成・記録したデータは、ユーザーの端末内に保存されます。
保存した撮影地点・お気に入り・設定は端末内に保存されます。ユーザーがiCloudバックアップを有効にしている場合、Appleのバックアップに含まれることがあります。
iCloud上のデータの取扱いには、Appleのプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。
本アプリ内での購入（サブスクリプションおよび買い切り）の決済は、すべてAppleのApp Storeが処理します。
ユーザーがiOSの設定で「デベロッパと共有」（解析データの共有）に同意している場合、Appleが収集・匿名化・集計した利用統計およびクラッシュレポートが、App Store Connectを通じて当社に提供されることがあります。これらの情報から当社が個人を特定することはできません。共有の設定は、iOSの「設定」＞「プライバシーとセキュリティ」＞「解析と改善」からいつでも変更できます。
ユーザーがメール等により当社へお問い合わせをされた場合、当社はメールアドレスおよびお問い合わせ内容を受領します。これらの情報は、お問い合わせへの対応のためにのみ利用し、対応の完了後、合理的な期間の経過をもって削除します。法令に基づく場合を除き、第三者に提供することはありません。
当社はユーザーのデータを保有していないため、当社側で削除すべきデータは存在しません。
当社はユーザーの個人データを収集・保持していないため、EU一般データ保護規則（GDPR）、英国GDPR、カリフォルニア州消費者プライバシー法（CCPA／CPRA）、日本の個人情報の保護に関する法律等に基づく開示・訂正・削除等のご請求について、対応の対象となるデータを保有していません。ご不明な点がある場合は、下記「お問い合わせ」までご連絡ください。
当社は、法令の改正または本アプリの機能変更等に応じて、本ポリシーを変更することがあります。重要な変更を行う場合には、本ページに更新日とともに掲載します。

本節は、Google Play で配信するAndroid版「Skylumen」（星図・星座早見のアプリ）に適用されます。本節より前の記述はiOS版を対象としたものです。両者が異なる場合、Android版については本節が優先します。
Android版に存在しない機能：次の機能はiOS版のみのもので、Android版には実装されていません。したがって、これらに伴う情報の取得も行いません。
本アプリが扱うのは観測地点の設定と、表示に関する設定です。これらはDataStore（アプリ設定領域）を用いて、端末上のアプリ専用領域にのみ保存されます。保護はAndroidのアプリサンドボックスと端末のストレージ暗号化によるもので、本アプリが独自にデータベースを暗号化しているわけではありません。当社は、端末上に保存されたこれらのデータにアクセスできません。
恒星9,096個と88星座のデータは、あらかじめアプリに同梱されています。星図の描画に通信は必要ありません。
Android版は、インターネットへの通信権限（android.permission.INTERNET）を宣言していません。OSの仕組みとして、本アプリはネットワークへ接続できません。したがって、いかなる情報も端末の外へ送信されません。広告も課金もありません。
出荷される配布ファイル（AAB）に含まれる権限は、次のものだけです。
android.permission.ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION — 宣言元：本アプリ。現在地の空を描くために、観測地点の緯度・経度を取得します。取得した座標は端末内での計算にのみ使用し、保存先も端末内に限られます。外部へ送信されません。権限を許可しない場合は、地点を手動で指定してご利用いただけます。android.permission.ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION — 宣言元：本アプリ。同上（おおよその位置で足りる場合に使用します）。jp.revot.skylumen.DYNAMIC_RECEIVER_NOT_EXPORTED_PERMISSION — 宣言元：Android標準ライブラリ（AndroidX）。アプリ内部の通知受け渡しを他アプリから隔離するための、本アプリ専用の権限です。外部と通信しません。連絡先、通話履歴、SMS、カレンダー、身体活動、外部ストレージの読み書き、広告ID（com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID）のいずれの権限も含まれていません。カメラの権限もありません。マイクの権限もありません。
本アプリを端末から削除すると、その端末上のデータはすべて削除されます。ただしAndroid標準の自動バックアップが端末で有効な場合、本アプリのデータがお客様ご自身のGoogleアカウントのバックアップに含まれることがあります。これはAndroid OSの機能であり、当社がその内容にアクセスすることはできません。完全に消去するには、端末の「設定」＞「Google」＞「バックアップ」から当該のバックアップも削除してください。
Android版は無料で、アプリ内課金はありません。課金ライブラリを組み込んでいないため、課金に関する通信も発生しません。
本アプリに広告は表示されません。広告SDK・解析SDK・クラッシュ収集SDKのいずれも組み込んでいません（Firebase Analytics、Crashlytics、AdMob等をいずれも含みません）。広告IDを取得する権限も持ちません。当社が把握できるのは、Google Play Console が配信元へ提供する集計済みの統計（インストール数、クラッシュ件数等。個人を特定できません）のみです。
Android版は、「データの収集なし」「データの共有なし」として申告しています。観測地点の設定と、表示に関する設定は端末内にのみ保存され、本アプリのコードにこれらを端末外へ送信する処理がありません。データはアプリの削除により消去され、当社側に複製が存在しないため、当社が遠隔で削除できるデータはありません。

revot, K.K. (“we”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how the iOS application “Skylumen” (Star Map & Photo Planner) handles data.
Point your device at the sky and Skylumen overlays the stars, planets, Sun, Moon and constellations visible from your location at that moment. It also includes a photography planner that computes sunrise/sunset, golden hour and Milky Way visibility for any place and date.
Each permission is required only for the feature that uses it; the rest of the app works without it.
Used solely to overlay celestial positions on the live camera feed (AR). Nothing is recorded, saved or transmitted.
Used to compute which objects are visible from your position at a given time, and the times of sunrise, sunset and twilight. All computation happens on your device; your location is never sent to or stored by us. You can also enter a location manually instead.
Used to read device orientation (heading, pitch, roll) so that objects are drawn in the correct part of the sky.
Used only when you choose to save a planning screenshot or composition preview to your photo library. The app never reads your photo library.
Everything you create in the app is stored on your device. It is never transmitted to us, we cannot access it, and deleting the app deletes it.
Saved locations, favourites and settings are stored on your device. If you have iCloud Backup enabled, they may be included in Apple's backup. Apple's privacy policy applies to data held in iCloud.
All payments are processed by Apple's App Store. We never receive your name, card number or billing address. The app only handles the transaction information Apple provides in order to verify and unlock your purchase.
If you have opted in to sharing analytics with developers, Apple may provide us with anonymised, aggregated usage statistics and crash reports through App Store Connect. We cannot identify individuals from this information.
Deleting the app removes on-device data; the app's settings also offer a full reset. iCloud data can be removed from the app's settings or from Settings › Apple ID › iCloud. We hold no data of yours to delete.

This part applies to the Android build distributed on Google Play. Where it differs from the text above, which describes the iOS app, this part governs the Android app.
The following exist only in the iOS app and are not implemented on Android, so no related information is obtained: the augmented-reality overlay of celestial objects on the camera feed; using Motion & Fitness (device attitude) to follow where the device is pointed; saving planner or framing-preview images to the photo library; iCloud sync; references to Apple's advertising identifier (IDFA).
The Android build does not declare the INTERNET permission, so the operating system prevents it from reaching the network at all. Nothing leaves the device. There is no advertising and no in-app purchase.
The catalogue of 9,096 stars and 88 constellations is bundled with the app; drawing the sky requires no network access.
The Android package contains only these permissions: ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION, ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION, DYNAMIC_RECEIVER_NOT_EXPORTED_PERMISSION. There is no advertising-ID permission and no contacts, SMS, call-log, calendar or external-storage permission. The app shows no advertisements and contains no advertising, analytics or crash-reporting SDK.
Uninstalling removes the data on that device. If Android Auto Backup is enabled, app data may also be held in a backup in your own Google account; delete it under Settings › Google › Backup. We cannot access its contents.
For Google Play Data safety we declare no data collected and no data shared.
