株式会社revot（以下「当社」といいます）は、チューナー＆メトロノームアプリ「Giusto」（以下「本アプリ」といいます）におけるお客様のプライバシーを尊重します。本ページは、本アプリが実際に何を取得し、何を端末外へ送るのかを、実装に即して記載したものです。

1. 取得する情報

1.1 マイク（音声）

チューナーの音高検出のためにマイクを使用します。取り込んだ音声は、音高を推定するための計算に使う短い区間の数値としてメモリ上で処理され、次の区間で上書きされます。

• 音声をファイルに書き出す処理を実装していません。録音ファイルを作成しないため、端末内にも音声は残りません。
• 音声または音声から作られたデータを、当社その他いかなる第三者へも送信しません。
• Android版には録音・音声保存の機能自体がありません。
• マイクの権限を許可しない場合、チューナーは動作しませんが、メトロノームは通常どおり使用できます。

なお、より正確な音高検出のため、端末側の自動ゲイン調整・ノイズ抑制・エコーキャンセラを可能な範囲で無効化します。これは入力の加工を避けるための処理であり、音声の保存や送信とは関係がありません。

1.2 練習記録・設定・楽器プロファイル

次のデータを、お客様の端末内のデータベース（Room）およびアプリ設定領域（DataStore）にのみ保存します。

• 楽器プロファイル（基準ピッチ、音律、移調、表記、許容セント数など）
• メトロノームのプリセット（テンポ、拍子、音色、練習支援の設定、メモなど）
• お客様が作成した変則チューニング
• 練習セッションの記録（開始・終了時刻、使用した機能、平均のずれ（セント）、許容範囲内だった割合、判定回数）

練習セッションの記録には、端末をまたいだ記録の重複を避けるために端末の製造元名と機種名（例：「Google Pixel 8」）が含まれます。この値も端末内にのみ保存され、送信されることはありません。端末の個体を識別する番号（IMEI、シリアル番号、広告ID等）は取得しません。

1.3 購入に関する情報

アプリ内購入・定期購入は、すべてGoogle Play課金（Google Play Billing Library）を通じて処理されます。当社がクレジットカード番号等の決済情報を取得・保存することはありません。本アプリは、Google Playから返される情報（購入済みかどうか、対象の商品ID、自動更新の有無、購入を確定するために必要な購入トークン）を、機能の解錠と購入の確定のためにのみ扱います。これらはお客様の端末内で処理され、当社へ送られることはありません。

なお、Google Play課金の仕組みそのものはGoogleが提供しており、課金ライブラリが動作状況をGoogleへ記録することがあります。この部分の取り扱いはGoogleのプライバシーポリシーに従います。

通信できない場所でお客様が購入済みの機能を失わないよう、最後に購入を確認できた事実（購入済みか否か、商品ID、確認した時刻）を端末内のアプリ専用領域に保存し、Google Playへ問い合わせできない間の猶予判定に使用します。この情報も端末外へ送信されません。

1.4 取得しない情報

本アプリは次のいずれも取得しません：氏名、メールアドレス、住所、電話番号、生年月日、位置情報、連絡先、写真・動画、通話履歴、インストール済みアプリの一覧、広告ID、端末の固有識別子。ユーザー登録・ログインの仕組みはありません。

2. 本アプリが行う通信

本アプリのプログラムには、ネットワークへ送信を行う処理が実装されていません。当社のサーバーは存在せず、解析基盤も持ちません。

ただし、アプリの配布ファイルには、Google Play課金ライブラリが自動的に追加する通信関連の権限が含まれます。これはGoogle Playが課金処理のためにGoogleと通信するためのもので、お客様のデータを当社へ送るものではありません。誤解を避けるため、配布ファイルに含まれる権限を以下にすべて記載します。

上記以外の権限は要求しません。位置情報、連絡先、ストレージ、カメラ、広告ID（com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID）のいずれの権限も含まれていません。

3. データの保存場所と削除

• すべてのデータは、Androidがアプリごとに割り当てる専用の保存領域にのみ置かれます。他のアプリから読み取ることはできません。保護はAndroidのアプリサンドボックスと端末のストレージ暗号化によるもので、本アプリが独自にデータベースを暗号化しているわけではありません。
• 本アプリを端末から削除すると、その端末上のデータは削除されます。ただし下記の自動バックアップが有効な場合、Googleアカウント側に残ったバックアップから新しい端末へ復元されることがあります。完全に消すには、端末の「設定」＞「Google」＞「バックアップ」からバックアップも削除してください。
• Androidの標準機能である自動バックアップが端末で有効になっている場合、本アプリの設定・練習記録がお客様ご自身のGoogleアカウントのバックアップに含まれることがあります。これはAndroid OSの機能であり、当社がその内容にアクセスすることはできません。バックアップの可否は端末の「設定」＞「Google」＞「バックアップ」から管理できます。

4. 広告およびトラッキング

本アプリには広告を表示しません。広告用のソフトウェア部品（SDK）を組み込んでおらず、広告IDを取得する権限も持ちません。行動追跡・プロファイリングは行いません。

当社は、Google Play Consoleが配信元へ提供する統計情報（ダウンロード数、クラッシュレポート等。Googleが集計したもので、個人を特定できません）以外に、独自の分析ツールを使用していません。

5. 第三者への提供

本アプリを通じて当社がお客様のデータを取得しないため、第三者へ提供するデータがありません。データの売却・共有・広告目的の利用はいずれも行いません。

アプリ内購入をご利用の場合に限り、購入処理そのものはGoogle LLCが行います。Google側の取り扱いはGoogleのプライバシーポリシーに従います。

6. お子様のプライバシー

本アプリは13歳未満のお子様を主たる対象としたものではありません。当社は本アプリを通じて個人情報を取得しないため、お子様の個人情報を取得することもありません。

7. Google Play「データセーフティ」との対応

Google Playのストア掲載情報における申告と、本ポリシーの内容は次のとおり対応します。

8. iOS版について

iOSアプリ版のGiustoも同じ考え方で作られています。マイクの音声は端末内でリアルタイムに解析され、保存も送信もされません（録音機能を使った場合のみ、お客様の操作で端末内に保存されます）。練習記録・設定・楽器プロファイルは、お客様の端末内と、同期を有効にした場合はお客様ご自身のiCloudにのみ保存されます。当社のサーバーはありません。第三者の解析SDK・広告SDKは組み込んでいません。iOS版はApp Storeで販売する有料アプリ（買い切り）で、アプリ内課金はありません。購入の決済はAppleが処理し、当社がクレジットカード情報を取得することはありません。iCloudに保存されたデータは、iOSの「設定」＞Apple ID＞iCloud からも管理・削除できます。

9. 本ポリシーの改定

本ポリシーを改定する場合は、更新日とともに本ページに掲載します。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリ内でもお知らせします。

Privacy Policy (English)

Last updated: September 1, 2026 — Applies to the Android app "Giusto" (package jp.revot.giusto) and the iOS app "Giusto".

revot, Inc. ("we") respects your privacy. This page describes what Giusto (the "App") actually accesses and what, if anything, leaves your device, as implemented in the shipping code.

1. Information the App accesses

Microphone. The microphone is used solely for pitch detection. Incoming audio is held in memory only as the short numeric window needed to estimate pitch, and is overwritten by the next window. The App contains no code that writes audio to a file, so it never creates a recording and no audio remains on the device, and no audio or data derived from audio is transmitted to us or to any third party. If you decline the microphone permission, the tuner cannot work, but the metronome remains fully usable. To improve accuracy the App also asks the operating system to disable automatic gain control, noise suppression and echo cancellation where possible; this only avoids processing of the input signal and has nothing to do with storage or transmission.

Practice logs, settings and instrument profiles. Instrument profiles (reference pitch, temperament, transposition, notation, tolerance in cents), metronome presets, custom tunings and practice sessions (start/end time, features used, average deviation in cents, in-tune ratio, number of detections) are stored only in the App's private storage on your device (Room database and DataStore). A practice session record also contains your device manufacturer and model name (for example "Google Pixel 8") so that records are not double-counted across devices; this value likewise never leaves the device. We do not collect hardware identifiers such as IMEI, serial number or advertising ID.

Purchases. In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed entirely by Google Play Billing. We never receive or store your payment details. The App only handles what Google Play returns (whether a purchase is active, the product ID, whether it auto-renews, and the purchase token needed to acknowledge the purchase), and uses it solely to unlock features and confirm the purchase on your device. Google Play Billing is operated by Google and its library may record operational information with Google, governed by Google's Privacy Policy. So that you do not lose paid features while offline, the App stores the last confirmed purchase state (whether purchased, the product ID and the time it was confirmed) in its private storage and uses it as a grace period when Google Play cannot be reached. This information is not transmitted anywhere.

Not collected. Name, e-mail address, postal address, phone number, date of birth, location, contacts, photos or videos, call logs, list of installed apps, advertising ID, or any device identifier. There is no sign-up or login.

2. Network activity

The App's own code contains no network transmission whatsoever. We run no server and no analytics backend. The distributed package does, however, include network-related permissions that the Google Play Billing library adds automatically so that Google Play can process purchases with Google. For full transparency, the complete permission list of the shipping package is:

No other permission is requested. The package contains no location, contacts, storage, camera or advertising-ID (com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID) permission.

3. Storage and deletion

All data is kept only in the App's private, per-app storage, which other apps cannot read. Uninstalling the App deletes the data on that device. If Android's Auto Backup is enabled, however, your settings and practice logs may also be held in a backup in your own Google account and restored onto a new device; to erase them completely, delete that backup under Settings › Google › Backup. Auto Backup is an operating-system feature whose contents we cannot access. Data is protected by the Android application sandbox and the device's storage encryption; the App does not apply its own database encryption.

4. Advertising and tracking

The App shows no advertisements, embeds no advertising SDK, holds no advertising-ID permission, and performs no behavioural tracking or profiling. Apart from the aggregated statistics Google Play Console provides to developers (installs, crash reports; aggregated by Google and not personally identifying), we use no analytics tools.

5. Sharing with third parties

Because we receive no data from the App, there is nothing to share. We never sell or share data, and never use it for advertising. Where you make a purchase, the transaction itself is handled by Google LLC under Google's Privacy Policy.

6. Children

The App is not directed primarily at children under 13. As we collect no personal information through the App, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Google Play Data safety

We declare no data collected and no data shared, because the App transmits nothing off the device. Microphone input is used only for on-device pitch analysis; practice logs and settings remain on the device. Data is removed by uninstalling the App, and any Android Auto Backup copy is removed from Settings › Google › Backup; we hold no copy and therefore cannot delete anything remotely.

8. The iOS version

The iOS version follows the same principles. Microphone audio is analysed on device in real time and is neither stored nor transmitted (recordings exist only if you explicitly record, and stay on your device). Practice logs, settings and instrument profiles live on your device and, if you enable sync, in your own iCloud — we operate no server. No third-party analytics or advertising SDKs. Purchases are processed by Apple; we never see your payment details. iCloud data can be managed or deleted from iOS Settings › Apple ID › iCloud.

9. Changes

If we revise this policy we will post the revision here with its date, and will also notify you in the App for material changes.
