利用規約 - Bulwark

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、株式会社revot（以下「当社」）が提供するiOSアプリ「Bulwark」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをダウンロード・利用した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。

第1条（利用許諾）

当社は、お客様に対し、本アプリを私的かつ非商用の目的で利用する、譲渡不能・非独占的な権利を許諾します。本アプリの複製・改変・リバースエンジニアリング・再配布はできません。

第2条（アプリ内課金・ファミリー共有）

  1. 本アプリの一部機能は、一度だけのお支払い（買い切り）でご利用いただけます。自動更新のサブスクリプションはありません。価格は購入画面に表示されます。
  2. 買い切りの購入は一度のお支払いで完了し、以後の自動更新や追加の請求は発生しません。
  3. ファミリー共有を有効にしている場合、購入はご家族（最大6名）のメンバーにも適用されます。設定方法はiOSの「設定」アプリの「ファミリー共有」をご覧ください。
  4. 購入の復元は、アプリの購入画面にある「復元」から行えます。購入時と同じApple IDでの再インストール、またはファミリー共有のメンバーであれば自動的に開きます。
  5. 返金はAppleの規定に従います（reportaproblem.apple.com）。当社が直接返金処理を行うことはできません。

第3条（禁止事項）

法令または公序良俗に違反する目的での利用、第三者の権利を侵害する利用、本アプリの運営を妨害する行為を禁止します。

第4条（免責）

本アプリは現状有姿で提供されます。当社は、本アプリの利用により生じた損害について、当社の故意または重過失による場合を除き、責任を負いません。本アプリが提供する情報・計算・提案は参考情報であり、その正確性・完全性を保証するものではありません。

「リンクやメッセージを確かめる」機能の判定結果（「確認済みの問題」「気になる点」「判断の材料が足りない」）は、当社が保持する公式ドメインの台帳および公開されている偽メッセージの型との照合に基づく参考情報であり、マルウェアの検査・ウイルス対策機能ではありません。本機能は、取引や相手方の安全性・実在性・適法性を保証するものではなく、お客様ご自身の最終判断に代わるものではありません。迷惑SMSフィルタの判定についても同様です。

第5条（規約の変更）

当社は、必要に応じて本規約を変更できます。重要な変更は本ページおよびアプリ内で告知します。

第6条（準拠法・裁判管轄）

本規約は日本法に準拠し、本アプリに関する紛争は、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

By downloading or using Bulwark, you agree to these terms, set by REVOT, K.K. ("we"). We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal, non-commercial use; you may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer or redistribute the app.

Some features require a single one-time purchase — there is no auto-renewing subscription. The purchase completes with that one payment and does not renew or bill again. If you enable Family Sharing, the purchase also unlocks the app for up to six family members (see Family Sharing in iOS Settings). To restore a purchase, use "Restore" on the app's purchase screen; reinstalling with the same Apple ID, or being a Family Sharing member, unlocks it automatically. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com; we cannot issue refunds directly.

The app is provided "as is"; to the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from its use except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence. Results from "Check a link or message" (sorted into confirmed problems, points of concern, or not enough information) are reference information based on matching against our ledger of official domains and publicly documented fake-message wording — this is not malware scanning or virus protection, it does not guarantee the safety, legitimacy or existence of any transaction or counterparty, and it does not substitute for your own judgment. The same applies to the Junk SMS filter's decisions.

You may not use the app for any unlawful purpose or in a way that infringes third-party rights or interferes with its operation. We may change these terms; material changes will be announced on this page and in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, with the Tokyo District Court as the exclusive court of first instance.
